Dosage: Vitamin D3 50,000 IU, one IM shot per week for 8 weeks followed by one IM shot every 2 weeks for maintenance*

Why Injection over Oral supplements?

• Those who are obese, have existing autoimmune disorders, or a poor diet and find it hard to lose weight more than likely have a malabsorption issue.  Therefore, oral supplements will not work as well as IM injections.

Vitamin D metabolism is dependent on sunlight and enzymatic conversation in the liver and kidneys and/or a diet containing foods high in Vitamin D.
